We provide our customers international FREE shipping on all orders. You will receive an email notification containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped out.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP, however additional shipping time may be required due to busy periods or holidays.

Please note that all of our clothing are Made-To-Order products. Each piece of clothing could be customized according to our customers' body measurements.
We provide our customers international shipping free of charge. However, upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipients are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance that may be imposed by your country's customs department.

Jewelry Care
- Caring For and Wearing Your Jewelry
To help protect the durability and high-quality of your jewelry, remove your jewelry when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool.
Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewelry.
Keep your jewelry away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
Avoid wearing your jewelry when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.
- How to Store Your Jewelry
We highly recommend that you store your jewelry in the original WANG MENG packaging provided or another suitably jewelry box or soft pouch.
Ideally store your pieces of jewelry separately, so that they don't rub together or become tangled.
- Cleaning Precious Metals
Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.
- Cleaning Gemstones
Since many natural gemstones can be quite delicate, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times.
Clean your gemstones with a clean, soft cloth after wearing.

At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to log in to your account.
- Methods of payments
We accept the following cards/methods for payment of purchases made online:

Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order. To ensure safe shopping, we are Verisign certified. We also take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.
- Currencies
You are free to pay in the currency of your choice and you can change your payment currency in the website currencies selector. If you change your currency, prices will be converted at the daily exchange rates.

We have implemented internet security technology to ensure that it is safe for you to shop with us. We use Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your Personal Data when you transmit it to us. This process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer) and we are constantly updating our technology to provide you with the maximum practicable level of security. Additionally, we do not hold any of your credit card details anywhere on our website. They are simply passed securely to our payments processor for authorisation by your bank. If you choose to store your card details for future payments, these are held by our payments processor, not us.
