Returns

We hope that you love your purchase from WANG MENG, however, if for some reason you need to make a return for an exchange, refund or store credit, a simple process has been created to ensure that you are kindly assisted by our team.

Returns Policy

 

  • WANG MENG will refund or exchange any unworn items within 7 days of your order being received.
  • Items should be returned in new condition and in original undamaged packaging.
  • Please include any additional packaging that came with the item, e.g. dust bag.
  • Afterpay / Buy Now, Pay Later orders are non refundable, however we will gladly offer return for exchange or store credit.
  • We cannot refund or exchange items that have been worn/used, missing its tags, have make up stains or smells of perfume.
  • All Made-To-Measure / Bespoke items are final sale, as they've created just for you, thus the items could not be exchanged or returned. However if any issues arise, we're here to help, e.g. alteration.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned, unless faulty or damaged.
  • All On Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use, are not considered to be faulty or damaged. Please read and follow washing instructions on the care label and read our Product Care Guide for further info.

 

Returns Procedure

 

Contact us at: info@wang-meng.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an RA number. Please include in the email your original order number, and which item/items you would like to return or exchange.

Once your return/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with your RA number.

Please return the parcel via trackable and secure postage to the return address together with the RA number. Kindly remind that WANG MENG Brand will not cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we have received your return, and if eligible (meets the return policy per category requirements above), your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days.

Please note returns outside of the 7 day period are at the discretion of WANG MENG Brand and we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet or follow our returns policy and procedures.
